Indra Bachtiar, PhD

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder 

Graduated from Tohoku University, Japan in Pharmaceutical Molecular Biology. He received Intramural Research Training Award from NIH as Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Laboratory of Biophysical Chemistry in the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI), at the National Institute of Health (NIH), Bethesda, Maryland, USA.

Dr. Indra is a recognized innovator, researcher and educator in proteomic and stem cell therapies. Dr. Indra’s research experience includes working for NIH, Mochtar Riady Institute of Nanotechnology (MRIN) and Kalbe Farma. In 2014, Indra investigated the effect of oxygen tension on the quality of stem cells and developed stem cell condition medium or secretome for clinical use. He also successfully developed animal-free and serum-free stem cell culture method in 2015.
